WHAT IS IONITHERMIE?
IONITHERMIE is the only patented treatment clinically proven to emulsify toxins at the cellular level. {There is not a body wrap, nor any equipment that massages the surface of the skin, that can achieve this.} IONITHERMIE uses two gentle forms of stimuli and a mask to penetrate the natural cosmeceutical-grade products into the dermal layers to disperse and remove the toxins.

TOXINS & CELLULITE
Recent medical studies show that cellulite and its “orange-peel” texture are caused by the following:

  • the accumulation of toxins in the spaces between the cells of the skin’s connective tissue, in what doctors refer to as “the extra-cellular matrix”. These toxins are by-products of metabolism, as well as the combined results of pH changes, hormonal imbalance, the effects of pollution, and the body‘s natural aging process. the decrease in micro-circulation in the capillaries of the skin. Capillary density and performance is necessary to supply oxygen and nutrients to the cells and carry away metabolic wastes produced by cell metabolism.
  • an increase in the fluid held in the adipose (fat) tissue, causing water retention.
  • an increase in the size and number of fat cells in the area, caused by weight gain.
  • the thickening and toughening of the fibrous bands that anchor the skin through the adipose tissue. This causes indentations to appear on the surface of the skin - the “orange-peel” texture of cellulite. The bands are like the threads which hold buttons in place on the surface of a mattress’ or a sofa’s upholstery; the thread anchors the button through layers of fabric causing an indentation near the button, and an elevation of the space in between the buttons. HOW DOES IONITHERMIE WORK?
IONITHERMIE has been proven in independent clinical studies* to accomplish the following:

  • detoxify the extra-cellular matrix through a process biochemists term “electrophoresis”, defined as the process by which “low-level electric stimulation carries positively and negatively-charged particles through a substance”.
  • penetrate all-natural products deep into the fatty tissue layers of the skin, resulting in “lipolysis” (the break-down of fat).
  • Activate the underlying muscles in the zone of treatment to help tone and sculpt the area - the same treatment used by physical therapists and chiropractors.
  • increase both the density, and the function, of capillaries in the skin, leading to improved circulation, increased nutrients at the cellular level, and better removal of toxins and wastes.
